I'm trying to find a computer on the less expensive side that can accommodate the Sims 3 game I just purchased.|||If you're talking about this computer: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9170835&type=product&id=1218043607320 there is no way that computer will ever play The Sims 3 to any extent one would consider playable. That thing wouldn't be able to play The Sims 2 either.
When buying a computer, your best bet is to go to a small local computer store where they actually build the computers themselves and ask them to make something that would be able to comfortably play The Sims 3. You will also be looking at a substantial amount more than $300 USD.
The Sims 3 is an extremely advanced game, and I think even the PS3 would struggle.|||Most likely integrated / on-board graphics with shared video memory, which means you will only to play the Sims 3 at low settings reasonably, if at all.|||AMD sucks.
