Help with video card compatibility-emachines T5082 and GeForce 8600 GT?

I know virtually nothing about video cards, and am wondering if the two will be compatible if i purchase this video card for my computer.



Will i be wasting my money on a 100 dollar paperweight, or will it work like it should?|||Ya it will fit... but i think it would be better to buy the piece at www.newegg.com, iv been buying pieces from it for some years now and it surely has the best prices.
