Am i able to download a new video card from the intel website for my computer?

i have an emachine model T5026 & i still have the original video card but i heard that you can download the latest video cards for your computer. is this true? & where can i download one? are they on the intel or emachines website?|||Ok what you usually have in most computers is a On-board GPU (Graphic's Processing Unit) on your Mother/Main board that outputs the graphics from the GUI (Graphical User Interface) of your OS to your monitor. This GPU is given instructions to do this by a driver called the Graphics Chipset. This program can be updated via revisions from the manufacturer of the motherboard or the chipset.

Now lets say you don't have an On-Board GPU the same idea applys for a dedicated card, which Emachine's never puts in.

You can always get a Deciated GPU all you have to do is find the ports on your PC and get the right card which for your PC i'd probally say either PCI or PCI-E card slot.|||cant download vid cards. vid cards are hardware which means they are physical parts of a computer. you can download new drivers for them though and even download new video players. these are software which means they are programs only and not a part of oyur computer.

to increase video quality that realy pops and has faster vdeo playback without drag you will need to buy a new CARD.(HARDWARE).|||A video card is a solid object. You cannot download a video card. You can only download new drivers for the existing video card. You have to go to the web site of the video card manufacturer to download updated drivers. If it's built into the motherboard, then go to the EMachines website and get instructions.|||They are talking about video card drivers which is what windows uses to interact with your video card. You have to find out what card you have in your system and then go to the manufacturers website and download the frivers from there but you should be able to go to the emachine website and find your system on there to download the drivers.

Cos I am a nice person I did all the work for you, here is the site which has all the driver updates for your computer. The driver update for your video card is halfway down the page.

A video card is a piece of hardware either connected to or part of your computers motherboard (but in the case where it is part of the motherboard (like yours) it is an onboard video chipset)|||Nah honey, well, you can get the latest DRIVERS that might improve the performance of your video card. But, video card = physical part inside your pc. Driver = software that... see above.|||You cannot download a new video card. You can, howver, go to Intel's website and download driver updates for your machine's video card chipset.

Try going to emachine's website and downloading a driver pack for your computer in their support section.
