I am looking for a replacement video card for my Emachines ET1331G-03w desktop it needs to either have a dvi out or hdmi out. I am trying to use my tv as a monitor but the tv does not have a vga input. I don't want to drop a lot of cash into this but i want it to look nice i only am going to use the desktop for the internet and watching videos that's about all im not into gaming or anything like that. I checked out a few from walmart that look like they might work but im not sure cause i don't know much about the internal computer stuff.

those are what i have in mind but like i said i really dont know anything about the internals of a computer and also what do you think would be good power supply because i do know i will have to upgrade that and will i need a bigger fan to cool it or what any help would really be appreciated|||Consider the ATI HD 5570. It is just a 39 watt card but better than those graphics cards you listed. In benchmarks below, it beats the Geforce GT220.
