Is this video card better than what I already have?

I am looking at buying EVGA 512-P3-1215-LR GeForce GT210 Video Card. I already have Integrated NVIDIA® GeForce® 6150 SE graphics in my PC. The computer is a eMachines ET1331G-03w. Also, and more important, will it work in my PC?|||Yes it will work. It's a low power video card so your present power supply will run it.
